Windows Script Host script

Hi all, im developing a windows application system on my winxp os in php using sql server 2005. Earlier, i’ve installed sql server 2005 from a disc.From what i learned, to achieve connection between these two, i need window script host 5.7 & activeScript engine (pecl modules for php 5.1.7) installed.

I would like to develop this windows application in Dreamweaver as it provides powerful combination of visual layout tools and application development features and can integrate with the php language . My question is, can this be done with all the installation i’ve done wt sql server, php, win script host and activeScript? Is there anything i miss out?
