Windows XP / 2000 = RTSTOR.sys file download = ??

I keep getting a “Blue Screen of Death” with a ‘BLINK” text message windows and it says something about RTSTOR file problem. Where can I get a verivied current copy of this file; I tried Realtec and their search revealed nothing !! Any assistance is deeply appreciated !!! I hate XP Pro (and the Telephone Re-Registration Process Hoop they make you jump through!) – Long Live Windows 2000 PRO !!
