Windows boots up but claims that the windows xp is not authorized and “click here” to autohrize this version of windows.

After clicking, the next screen has a welcome to windows and the user name is “owner” but we have never had this operator name and none of the original accounts, including administrator (which had no password) will work with any passwords that were originally installed.
