Windows XP OEM Invalid Key??!!

I’m trying to install a brand new OEM copy of XP home on my mothers PC but i can’t get it to activate, all it comes back with is ‘Un Authorized Product Key’

Just tried a complete reformat but still no joy.

Am i missing something here? Could the copy i have be dodgy or is it something else?
