Windows2000 w/ IE 5.5 printing problem

I have Windows2000 and IE 5.5 (with SP1). I am unable to Print or Print Preview ANY webpages. All the comes up is the header and footer information. I have uninstalled IE and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled it, cleared all the keys from registry and reinstalled IE 5.5. I have tried different printers, local and network, different manufacterers. Also have tried downloading new printer drivers for the printers from their sites. Nothing is resolving this issue. Can someone give me some suggestions? Thanks.
