WINS parters sync., BDC on LMHOST

Hi. I don’t understand well how to syncronize primary and secondary WINS servers on PDC and BDC.
According to various settings I get the message “it is not posible to replicate on active WINS server” or “Not accepted because it is not recognized ….” or else when I make it out I obtain a “reverse syncronization”, the complete one loses what is not included in the uncomplete WINS db. May I just copy the WINS folder ?
Also, hyow shll I indicate my BDC on LMHOSTS (just as #PRE workstation in the #DOM: ?)
