winword hanges ?

Hi, i have a 25 users and all of them are using windows XP Professiona SP-2 lisenced copies and office XP lisenced. But some of the users says that, winword hangs while working. I update windows and office but the problem remain same.

Can anyone guide, why it is so and wht is the solution for this?
