WinXp can’t access file sharing on Win98

Hi..,I have a question to ask about file sharing,the situasion is that in my
company network have a WinXP and Win98 OS the problem are that
Win98 cannott access WinXP sharing folder but WinXp can acces to Win98
folder sharing , either using IP or browsing from network , from the
sharing folder at Win98 i have given full access for the folder security but
still WinXP cannot access the file,I hope anyone can give me a solution
or advice regarding the problem that i have.
