winxp sp2 post updates

Hi,

How / where can I download all updates for windows xp-sp2 and install at my leisure? I’m using Nlite and it seems you have to have the updates downloaded already on your drive so that it can pull it in. Also, is autopatcher a good tool to use? Is there a Microsoft site where you can download the updates from?

Let me know what is the best method to use.
