Word 2007 “Save/Save As” Problem

Most of our users use web based e-mail. When they open a Word attachment directly by clicking on the file name in their e-mail, Word Opens fine and they can view the document. However, when they try to do a Save or Save As the program appears to hang. It literally takes almost 2 minutes for a Save or Save As dialog box to appear. All machines are running the latest XP service packs and patches, and Office 2007 and the same thing happens when the user is logged in with full administrator rights. Any ideas?
