Word Document lost!!!

I doubt if there is anything I can do, but maybe??? I had a three or four page Word document completely done and someone called on the phone. I then had to bring up another Word document to refer to for the person I was talking to. It opens in the same window, so when I went to close it out and it asked me if I wanted to save changes I clicked “NO” and lost what as behind the one I was looking at that I had just finished! Can it be retrieved from some unknown place on my hard drive? Pointwill be given for a Yes answer only!
