Word not Printing Apostrophe or Quotes

A user types the following in Word 2002:
John’s PC
He said “enough”

It looks fine on the screen but when it is sent to the printer the ‘ and ” print as something else. The something else is not always consistent.

The same values in Excel print fine. The document prints fine from another PC with Word.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled Word with no success.

Any ideas?
