Xboxlive problem and credit card

Hi , my xboxlive account has been hacked and the guy that hacked it changed my gamertag and everything , and its got my credit card stuff in it , i cancelled my credit card and now what im worried is , if that guy could still purchase points or xboxlive … and so on forth , and how could i make a complaint to xboxlive about this? ..
