Zenworks Disabled Local accounts

Has anyone run into Zenworks disabling local user accounts? We are migrating to 2k3 domain and the sysadmin that used to be here really did not do much in the way of documentation.. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to get the admin accounts to be enabled. I can boot up into NT offline password and see the accounts and clear passwords, but when I go to try and log in i get a failed login, which will then disable the account again!!!

GAH!

Help would be nice.
