0x90-team.com

I have a machine that always pops up an IE page of www.0x90-team.com. I searched on how to remove it and have been unable to find it. I run Adaware and Microsoft Antispyware, they usually find something but on reboot there it is again. I know it is in the registry somewhere, but don’t know where to begin. I tried Trendmicro Housecall, but it keeps locking up on me. I also ran a virus scan and it came up with nothing. Any ideas? The computer is Windows XP Pro. Thanks.
