1 serverAID-7k onboard, Logical drive =0 , firmware=7.12.07 , status =fail.

Hello,

am having a problem with my IBM Server x 346 which is failing to boot normally , everytime i put any CD of any OS , am failing to install it . if my server goes on i get a message saying
1 serverAID-7k onboard, Logical drive =0 , firmware=7.12.07 , status =fail.

can somebody explain to me why am having this error and what can one do to get rid of this error.
