10 people office, NT or W2K server

I have a customer requesting some recommendations regarding their new office network.
A small office of 10 staff all running W98 in English and a few other languages.
They want to have a server just to utilize it as a file and printing server. I do not know how much of growth potential they may have in store. Which O/S should I recommend to them, NT or W2K???
