10 stupidest customers.

I have an entry.

I sold a very nice lady a laptop that replaced he home computer. 2 days later she was back and said it didn’t work. She had managed to have it shut down completely. I took her to our training room and went thru how to reinstall the os. As I watched when Microsoft asked if you accepted the agreement she would hit no. I asked her why and she just said “I never agree with anything I don’t understand”.

I had to explain that it was not going to work unless she said she accepted.

I wish I had a good answer for her, but then I have many disagreements with MS.

Ever tried to read that thing and understand it.
