I have been having sever trouble with my Virgin Cable Broadband for a quite a number of weeks now and I have discovered from Virgin Media’s tech support that there are as many as 12 people with the same Mac Address.
Could you please help me in what can do about this as Virgin don’t seem to be able to help at all. All they keep saying is that my Laptop computer is causing the prioblem.
I am really desperate to use my Internet but I can’t get to use very often thru the day except approximatel at about 7am which is not convient so any help will be gratfully received.
