144 Pin SO-DIMM Memory

I have been trying to find 128 meg, 144 Pin SO-DIMM Memory, 10 ns or faster, PC 100 compiance, with 67.6mm x 25.4mm dimension only. Any know of where I can get this. Have been looking for some time. Thanks.
