16bit Groupwise D109 error

Suggestions on a fix for this.

Have deleted WPSET.BIN, & all unnessary TMP file on C: drive. RAN regclean everyother reboot when deleting in hopes that nothing in the registry is rewriting any other configuration file. ( Basic Drive & PC maintanence has been run )
