(196) client backup was not attempted because backup window closed

We recently upgraded to NetBackup 6.5.2A on a windows 2003 server. There appears to be issues with the backup windows. For example we have daily backups that run from Monday-Friday 8.00pm-6.00am. I have noticed that any backups that do not have an active state by midnight will fail with the following error ‘(196) client backup was not attempted because backup window closed’. I assume this is a bug in 6.5.2A. Does anybody know of a solution?
