2 Exchange server

Hi
We have 2 branches one in USA and the secend in ISRAEL. on USA branch we have a mailserver and in israel we have exchange.
i want to connect the two servers togther (synchronize)that mean the users in israel will have a a local mail box but they can get mails from outside the branch (internet) and they will can get local mails also

Please help me to solove this problem
