2 Network Cards (1 Wireless / 1 Ethernet ) on same PC

I like to know is there any way i can configure my tower to a AP with the Wireless Card (USB).

Profile:
> OS = WinXP PRO on both machines / Laptop and Tower.
>Laptop Connection = Wireless only
>Tower Connection = Wireless and Ethernet
Scope:
Been able to connect the laptop to the tower via Wireless connection to share files and browse the Internet. The tower need’s to give acces to the laptop for the Internet access. Thanks in advanced.
