2 Scopes on DHCP

how do i configure 2 different DHCP Scopes on WIN NT DHCP server.

i have 2 segments on LAN first segments has 60 computers & 2 segment has 50 computers. the IP address range for 1st segment should be 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.60 ( Say Scope 1 )

sameway i want to assign 192.168.3.1 to 192.168.3.50 to 2nd segment. (Scope2)

at the same time clients in 1st segment should not get the IP address from scope2 which is meant for 2nd Segment.

i want to assign these using DHCP how do i dothis.
