2 servers on one physical network?

Ive been charged with installing a specific network set up in our new showroom.
We have been running a 2003 sbs for 4+ years . it runs an exchange server, sage and our bespoke service support software. the new show room will run a print server, and followme print software. we have two licences for sbs and i want to run the “main” sbs on its current 192.168.16.x range and the “showroom” on 192.168.1.x . is this viable? allowed?. I need to keep the showroom software away from the working network but still have access to the showroom printers from the main and to be able to scan to the main network from the show room machines.
