2003 Server Local Security Policy

I had set an ID in a local security policy. The server is apart of the domain, but not a domain controller. This id was removed prior to attempting to remove the ID from the security policy. Now the SID appears in its place within the policy and can not simply be removed the REMOVE button is grayed out.

What is the best solution to correct this issue?
