2003 Server – Print Server

I’m trying to use one of our 2003 servers as a print server as well. The problem i’m running into is that all of our printers are network printers and 2003 won’t allow me to make it a print server without it having a local printer on it. It has been a few years since I took my 2003 classes…is there something I’m missing? Anyone remember/know how this is done?
