2003 Termnial Server

I have 5 Windows 2003 Terminal which is scheduled to restart once a week. The problem is when the servers are restarted I get one server which does not boot back up in to the Citric Server Farm, the server then has to be added manually. It is not the same server each time so I can? t pin point the problem to a server.

Any ideas or further questions just ask.
