2nd CPU on NT Server

I’m in the process of upgrading our Proliant 3000 server with a 2nd cpu. I have the cpu and its associated ppm module. I know I won’t have any problems as far as the h/w is concerned. However, has anyone encounted any issues regarding the uptomp utility from NT Server resource kit cd as I will be using this to tell NT Server that it now has 2 cpus.
