2nd NIC for Web Server

I try to add 2nd NIC card on my web server (Turbo 8 & Apache). Within the LAN (DMZ) I can view the site using the IP address, but not from the Internet.

I set the filter on the Router, so router should not be the problem. Can anyone help me with this problem.

Here is my configuration for the Web Server

E0: 221.186.71.xxx/28
E1: 210.172.77.xxx/28
