3-layer switch problem

I am a facing problem in the 3-layer switch of 35560 that ? a server is configured on the a second port when it gets load on it it gives the ORANGE LIGHT BLINKING ABRUPTLY
At a fast pace . and the speed of working on it gets slow down while other ports have no such problem when we check the same thing on the other switch it is working fine gives the blue light .
