32 bit OS on 64 bit program

Will the 32 bit version of MS Server 2003 run on a computer with a 64 bit processor? I recently got my hands on a 64 bit AMD machine and I wanted to put Server 2003 on this but I needed to know will this work. I’ve never used a 64bit processor PC
