3com 3036 router.

I was given a 3com router 3036 to configure for my office. Im lost I cant figure out how to turn on the dhcp server nor I can loging like normal with an ip address. I have to use the console login. I just would like to be able to log in and just configure like an normal router. Any help would be greatful.
