3Com Hub

I’ve recently had to replace a 3Com SuperStack II Baseline Dual Speed hub with the newer SuperStack 3 version of the same device. All of my network devices are fine with the exception of DELL c/Port APR connected laptops. On these devices the link light comes on briefly every second or so and I am not able to see the network from these devices. If I move the cable to one of my other Superstck II devices everything is fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this?
