3Com SuperStackII Router

I have an older SuperStackNETBuilderII model 462 router with 2 ethernet ports and and a T1 port. My boss would like to use it as a router between 2 subnets to segment the network traffic. My problem is that I can’t seem to get the ethernet ports tocome up. I believe I have them configured correctly, but will not connect when I plug in a cable. I thought perhaps it needed a crossover cable, but no dice.

What am I doing wrong?
