4th job this year

This is my 4th job this year. I left my company back in March after 6 years knowing that i may not find a job for a while. I was so stressed out with incompetent management. I got another job 2 months later. Management and HR said it was a great place to work and blah blah blah. I left after a month. 2 months later I landed another. Management and HR said it was a great place to work and blah blah blah. 2 months later I left. 2 months later I landed another job with the same BULL. This time I only met with management and no HR. I don?t know what the heck is with these people. This time I will hold on until something else comes up.
