64 Bit Server & 32 Bit Clients : COMPATABILITY?

Hi guys and gals.

question:

our company is thinking of deploying MS Small Business Server 2008 Premium Edition 64bit,
however, our existing netowrk consists of XP Pro Clients.

1. Will our existing XP Pro 32bit clients be able to join a the domain of the 64bit server?

2. Will the clients be able to use MS Exchange with their existing outlook 2003 client software?

3. What about printing, file sharing etc.
