8 Voip Lines – options

I am trying to come up with a plan to migrate my companies external phone calls to Voip due to the fact that 97% of our calls are long distance.

The problem I am faced with is that the Local Rural telco is holding our phone number hostage, We need to keep 2 of our old numbers because they are in magazines / business cards / articles.

1 option is remote call forwarding, however I have yet to find a VOIP provider that can provider phone numbers in our rate center which means that we will be paing long distance for every inbound call when it gets forwarded to the closest available rate center.

Any idea???
