8100 email set up mistake

Whilst setting up my 8100 I mistakenly selected Blackberry enterprise server option instead of Create or add an email address. Now when I go back into setup wizard I do not get the option to add an address, just the enterprise server question. Is it possible to start again? I wiped my handset yesterday but it made no difference. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
