A Difficult Problem To Fix

My computer is a relatively new computer, it is just over a year old. However recently we had a power cut whilst the computer was on when the power cut ended and I rebooted my computer i am prompted to enter safe mode, last known configuration or start windows normally however none of these work but when any is selected a blue screen flashes for 1/2 second then the computer reboots.
