A disk read error occured

I have a eMachines M5310. I left on the stairs and my baby sister knock the laptop from the 2nd step. My laptop froze and I restarted it. I wait like 20 sec. and then this popped up: A disk error occured Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. How can I get my whole system back before I leave on March 29,2006?
