A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Have gor this error and Server cannot boot to Windows. I have diagnosed that the Hard disk cannot be read even from a different working Computer…as its Hard Drive or as an external drive.

I need assistance on how to get it back working or how to retrive data from it.
