a duplicate name has beeb detected on the TCP network

Please help to solove this problem and what cause that :

I got a error message from event viewer, the description as below: A duplicate name bas been detected on the TCP netwok. The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat-n in a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state.
