A machine send its information to another through my network?

i have a 400 machine in my network on PC (HR-1) send its information (computer name and description) to another machine (N-1,ER-1,…) Such as after i install service pack on N-1 i do restart when N-1 re-work again its work under HR-1 name .
Please help me and is this related to a conficker virus ?!!!
