A nightly Backup to both Tape and HDD in SBS 2003

Hi I have a quick question but does anyone know of a way to run a simultaneous Scheduled backup to both a tape drive and to the HDD, or if this is even possible. Basically I would like to have a nightly backup of all data on server every night as well as a copy on tape that I can take off site.
