A slow network connection is detected

There are four servers that I can log into, two Windows Server 2003 and two Windows Server 2008, all at the same location. When I log into the Domain Controller I get the:

A slow network connection is detected for the roaming profile [my profile] it will not be synchronized with the profile on this computer.

On all the other servers there is no problem.

Any ideas?
