ABIT motherboard

I have a ABIT KR7A/-RAID,with 1700 AMD and after it runs for about 7 to 10 min it ether locks up or I get the blue screen of deth.I reboot.
Than it’s OK
I’m running win 98,ATI 8500dv,with the latest drivers ond BIOS
