Able to see a lot of foriegn domains under network places

Hi,

I do not know when this started but under network Places I can see at lease 20 other networks I think they are other businesses that use our ISP for Internet access but I’m not sure. We have a firewall and have most of the ports blocked, so how can I see all those Domains? Can it be an error on the ISP level?
