Ablity to start a 3rd Party Application when Opening a Wireless Connection

There must be an answer out there somewhere…

I am trying to find a solution for a project I am on.

Here is the details: I would like to enable Wireless on my users Mobil Laptops. This is the easy part. What I want to do next, is no matter what Wireless Profile they connect too, I want a Cisco VPN Client to Automatically start. I only want the VPN Client to OPEN when a Wireless Connection is detected not a wired LAN connection. I can do this on predetermined Wireless Profile Connections, but I want this to VPN Connection to always open no matter what Wireless AP they are connecting too i.e. Hotel or Coffee Shops…

Any help is great…
